In Baroque and Beats, Mercury Soul will shine a light on the lively and vivacious side of the Baroque era. Conductor Chad Goodman will lead Philharmonia Baroque, Elevate Ensemble, and the San Francisco Conservatory of Music Baroque Ensemble in masterworks by Bach, Vivaldi, Uccellini, Falconieri, and others.

To round out the program we’ll also perform Muse, a work by Christopher Theofanidis for strings and harpsichord to complement the older works as well as new works for electronics and chamber ensemble by Mason Bates..
